CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS

At WallArtZen, all our items are custom-printed and unique to each order. Due to the nature of custom printing, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or differs from what was ordered.

COLOR ACCURACY

Our products are printed using the sRGB color format, the identical format of the original artwork that was designed. However, color perception can vary depending on your device’s screen calibration.

Differences in color due to screen variances are not grounds for a refund. We print true to the original image’s colors but cannot account for the calibration of every customer’s monitor or screen.

INSPECTION OF ARTWORK

Artwork Inspection We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the artwork using the Zoom tools provided on the site before making a purchase. This is particularly relevant for AI-generated artwork, sometimes including subtle artifacts.

These artifacts and any imperfections in human-created artwork are often inherent in the creative process and are considered part of the art’s unique character. Assume that any work is AI unless there is an artist profile attached.

Artwork Acceptance By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have inspected the artwork to your satisfaction and accept any such artifacts or imperfections. These characteristics will not be considered valid reasons for a return or refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable timeframe with photographic evidence. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if the item is indeed damaged or not as ordered.

But an item whose colors look different than on your computer monitor does not qualify as an “incorrect item” See the Color Accuracy section for details. An “incorrect item” means receiving a completely different item (different image, printed onto the wrong medium, etc).

Items will also not be considered damaged or incorrect for artwork in which the customer identifies artifacts found in printed artwork after ordering (see Inspection of Artwork section for details).

REFUND REQUESTS

To request a refund, please email using our contact us form or get in touch at WallArtZEN, 500 Westover Drive, Suite 11505, Sanford, NC 27330. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for an approved return to WallArtZen.com.
