Our products are custom-printed and unique to each order, so we generally do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you happen to receive a product that is damaged or not as ordered, please get in touch with us for a possible replacement or refund.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND FOR A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

WHY MIGHT THE COLORS ON MY PRINT LOOK DIFFERENT FROM MY SCREEN?
We both create and print our artwork using the sRGB color format, so there is can be no discrepancy in the the actual colors.
However, color perception can vary depending on your screen’s calibration and the quality and age of your computer screen. Differences in color due to screen variances, therefore, can bot be not grounds for a refund. See Refund Policy for details.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE PURCHASING ARTWORK?
Please use the Zoom tools on our site to closely inspect the artwork before purchasing. This is especially important for AI-generated art, which might include subtle artifacts. These characteristics are part of the art’s uniqueness and are not considered valid reasons for a return. See Refund Policy for details.

We strive to strike a balance between removing obvious imperfections (i.e. six fingers on a hand) and others that give creative touches (i.e. features that are either too perfect or quite imperfect).
